I deal with buying and qualifying the equipment used to make vaccines. The qualification allows for high quality equipment and thus allows for vaccines that are safe for humans.

How did you know about Pharmacos and what made you decide to join the company?
Pharmacos participated in a forum at my school where I was able to get their business card. During my job search, post diploma, I contacted Pharmacos and was subsequently recruited.
What aspects of your job do you enjoy the most?
I like to be in project management from start to finish (purchasing equipment depending on users’ needs until the equipment is released after qualification)
How did Pharmacos help you develop your skills? (complexity of projects, training, apprenticeships acquired during an internship…)
I have had rewarding assignments with responsibilities that have been built up over the course of the experience.

Closeness, experience, working in good spirits.
What advice would you give to new recruits?
Try to get as much experience from each task as possible and don’t hesitate to learn from the experts.
What do you like most about Pharmacos?
The relationship between consultants and managers.

Every time I tell my colleagues where I am when I’m on a mission.

Small structure with more closeness, a greater sense of belonging to the company.
