What is your educational background ?
\n<\/strong><\/span>I have a DUT diploma (Dipl\u00f4me Universitaire de Technologie, university diploma in technology) in Chemistry obtained in Orleans and a Master II in Analytical Chemistry and Quality obtained in Poitiers.<\/p>\n

How did you know about Pharmacos and what made you decide to join the company?<\/strong><\/span>
\nI responded to an ad on LEEM. I met Morgan there again \u2013 I had worked with him in my previous projects. During the interview (conducted by Morgan), I quickly understood that Pharmacos was a human-centred organization and that the people who recruited me knew the job. These are the factors that made me join Pharmacos.<\/p>\n

What aspects of your job do you enjoy the most?<\/strong>
\n<\/span>I particularly appreciate evolving in the Pharmaceutical and Quality field. I\u2019d like to add the management part. These three aspects in which I wish to evolve make me feel good in my professional life.<\/p>\n

How did Pharmacos help you develop your skills? <\/span>
\n<\/strong>At the risk of appearing capricious, Pharmacos has always responded favourably to my requests for change. I wanted to work on projects with several clients and in different fields \u2013 and I had everything I wanted!! Finally, I wanted to be a manager. And here we are now \u2013 I have 10 consultants under my responsability. In short, Pharmacos and especially my hierarchy helped me a lot in developing my skills, trusting me and helping me when I needed it.<\/p>\n

What three words best describe Pharmacos for you?
\n<\/strong><\/span>Our team spirit (it ought to count as three words!)<\/p>\n

What advice would you give to new recruits?
\n<\/strong><\/span>Do not hesitate to call us (us \u201cold ones\u201d), we have plenty of advice to give! Do not feel alone, we\u2019re here!<\/p>\n

What do you like most about Pharmacos?
\n<\/strong><\/span>I appreciate having a say, being able to communicate what I need and the best part is that I\u2019m being listened to! I appreciate this feeling of belonging.<\/p>\n

What has been your proudest moment since you have been at Pharmacos?
\n<\/strong><\/span>When my Manager wrote \u201cvery good performance\u201d in my individual interview. It\u2019s very personal but it makes me pleased. Apart from that, I admit that it\u2019s our days of Teambuilding which make me realize how strong our team spirit is.<\/p>\n

In your opinion, what is the difference between Pharmacos and other consulting firms?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>I have a lot to say but it is this closeness that makes Pharmacos so rich, whatever our title, I have this feeling of closeness that reassures me and does me good as a project manager. On the other hand, we are close to the customer (at least at Sanofi pasteur and Bohringer) and an undeniable confidence has been established.<\/p>\n

What is your dream destination for the next team building?
\n<\/strong><\/span>I do not have any expectations of grandeur, but just a skiing weekend (2\/3days) would already be exceptional!![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
